Research Director (London)

You’ll be working in a vibrant and friendly environment, delivering bespoke research projects for a range of clients. We work with many leading brands including Netflix, Beats, Samsung, Tesco, DAZN, ALDO and John Lewis to name a few, and you’ll have the opportunity to work across sectors and methodologies (from brand tracking to segmentation, conjoint to integrated studies).
We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact, hit the ground running and be hands on getting stuck into projects. You’ll have shown good career progression to date and be hungry to keep going. Key elements of the role include:
- Owning key account relationships, spending time understanding the priorities and needs for our clients
- Being a quality gatekeeper, ensuring we’re proud of the work we deliver
- Getting involved in the day to day, from helping shape questionnaires, writing analysis and delivering debriefs
- Write winning proposals, and designing bespoke solutions to answer our client’s business questions
- Pro-actively growing existing accounts
- Developing and pushing more junior members of the team, helping drive progression
