The Role
We’re looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer (Multimedia) to join the Studio team in a newly created role. You’ll split your time between visual design and video/animation — bringing insight-driven projects to life through motion graphics, storytelling, and sharp brand execution.
Working closely with our Head of Video and Studio designers, you’ll help shape the next generation of creative content across pitch work, reports, promos, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design (50%)
- Design branded presentations, infographics, and digital assets for reports, proposals, and internal campaigns
- Translate insights and data into clean, engaging visuals
- Collaborate with the Studio team to deliver on-brand, high-quality design under tight deadlines
Video & Animation (50%)
- Ability to demonstrate visual moving image through mood-boards and storyboards
- Edit and craft compelling videos from self-shot or professionally filmed footage
- Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to tell clear, creative stories
- Design and animate quant data, charts, and infographics for motion use
- Understanding of creating Gifs, and optimising videos for online promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.
About You
- Comfortable working in our London Studio and being part of a fast-moving creative team
- 2–4 years of experience in a multimedia or motion design role (agency or in-house)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Confident in both video editing and animation from scratch
- Strong design foundation with a good eye for layout, typography, and storytelling
- Experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Able to interpret content and turn it into clear, visual narratives
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Bonus Points For
- Experience with AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Sora-style tools)
- Digital design skills (web, social, interactive PDFs, etc.)
- 3D design or motion experience (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D)
